3 Wheels from Jesse is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities experience greater independence, mobility, and inclusion through adaptive electric tricycles.
These Terms & Conditions explain the use of our website, application process, and communications. By using our website or submitting an application, you acknowledge these terms.
2. APPLICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or receipt of an adaptive electric tricycle.
Applications are evaluated based on individual needs, eligibility requirements, available resources, and organizational priorities.
We may request additional information or verification to evaluate applications. Applicants are expected to provide accurate and complete information.
Participation in our programs is subject to availability and approval by 3 Wheels from Jesse.
3. TEXT MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
3 Wheels from Jesse offers optional SMS text messaging to communicate with applicants, families, recipients, donors, and volunteers.
Text messages may include application updates, eligibility questions, appointment confirmations, tricycle availability, delivery coordination, and other program-related information.
By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive text messages from 3 Wheels from Jesse at the mobile number you provide.
Participation in our SMS program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an application, receive a tricycle, or participate in our programs.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
4. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect the privacy of applicants, families, donors, and volunteers.
Application information, including disability-related and medical information, is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. PHOTOGRAPHS, PERSONAL STORIES, AND PUBLICITY
We may request permission to share photographs, names, personal stories, and limited disability-related information to support fundraising, grant applications, community awareness, and our charitable mission.
Permission to share identifiable personal stories or photographs is voluntary and does not affect eligibility for our programs.
When an applicant is a minor, appropriate authorization from a parent or legal guardian is required.
Detailed medical records will not be disclosed for fundraising purposes without separate, specific authorization.
6. DONATIONS AND FUNDRAISING
Donations to 3 Wheels from Jesse support our nonprofit mission and charitable programs.
Unless otherwise specified and accepted by the organization, donations may be used to support our general charitable activities.
Donations do not guarantee that a particular applicant will receive a tricycle.
Information about contributions and donation processing may be subject to additional terms established by our payment processing providers.
